Customer service use to be amazing but is now so locked down it's probably not legal. No way to contact about a basic inquiry except by the customer service bot that sends you in circles. At one stage I deleted the app as the returns process now a cost and a chore - it was once easy. Quality of most items on par with Shein and they have free and easier returns. Use to be good with loyalty programs for loyal customers like myself and better quality. What happened to you Asos??

The best shopping app there is. So much useful functionality, it's really quick, there are clear photos and videos, it's easy to work out delivery.... Superb. A year later, it's still the best. The 'save/board' functionality and then 'moving to basket' is so well designed.

The latest version of the app is very easy to navigate - it's like having a tiny laptop in your hands. I do most of my shopping using the app it's so easy to use. ASOS now let's you see and leave product reviews and all the product info and articles are exactly as you'd expect. The only issue is that the colour of the items isn't always as accurate as depicted in the images and they should have more 'buy the look' options. However I really like the video function!
