This app is always terrible. So slow to load. will have a promo on landing page that will disappear with no way to get it back. This week there was one that said " free Halloween treat purchase now through October 31st."No promo code, but on 10/24 this disappeared. No way to save your cart. Images don't load. Consistently the most glitchy app that I have to restart multiple times just to add things to cart or look at even the picture of a product.

Love Lush...hate the app! I can't understand how this passed UAT, the menus to find products are annoying and inefficient, making it hard to find what you want. I only got the app to get £3 credit...which was never added to my account. The credit card expiry field populates randomly then won't let you type over or delete?! Adding and removing to your basket is glitchy, and I can't add a local store. Why bother with an app and produce something so bad?! Save time, go in-store.

Without doubt one of the worst shopping apps I've ever used. The user experience is just thoroughly miserable and reeks of zero testing. Examples include having to pick "credit card" from a list to pay with a debit card. Why? Also they've somehow managed to stop the backspace/delete function working in the card expiry box. Type your card expiry date in wrong and you have to start the whole transaction again. Took about 10 attempts and 30 mins of my time to finally buy something off these fools.
