Worked for a few days, then started to give the error of "Lost network connection" even with stable internet and a direct line from my console to mobile device. If they were to fix the connection issues, make the interface for the PC version similar to the Phone app and allow us to use the mouse and keyboard instead of the controller through the remote system, Id happily rate it 5 stars. But until then, 1/5. would not recommend yet.

Genuinely refuses to work. When searching for my PS5 automatically, it says it can't find the console. When doing it manually with the 8 digit code, it still tells me it can't find my PS5, even though it seems like the two are communicating for a moment before giving me an error message. Verified both devices are connected to the same WI-FI network, but still no luck. What's the point of this if it can't even find my PS5?

New update completely broke app. I use the app all the time and would probably usually give it 4 or 5 stars. But this new update that hit around mid September 2025 won't even allow me to log in. It doesn't crash, it doesn't take time to try to log in, it just immediately says "error, try again later". Well, it's two days of trying later and still can't log in, even after uninstalling and restarting my phone. Since I can't log in, I can't access my PlayStation remotely, and it's pointless.
