Worst customer experience ever. If the order goes well without problems, it's good. But once there is the slightest issue, which happens a lot!!! Be it a late order, a lost driver, a missing item, a wrong item (the list is long), the customer is always left stranded with no compansation, no apology, no solution and an unreachable customer service.

Terrible customer service. Order missing multiple items, and support does practically nothing. No refund, replacement or any resolution. Don't buy from Talabat mart, worst shop experience. Also, on a related note, when an item is missing after an order is placed, Talabat mart does not have an option to remove those unavailable items, they force you to agree on a replacement, unlike other shops.

I had a terrible experience with Talabat. My account was suddenly blocked without any clear explanation, and my money remained stuck in my Talabat wallet. I contacted customer service and they told me they would resolve the issue within 24 hours, but nothing happened. I kept waiting with no updates and no access to the money that belongs to me. This is the worst service I have ever experienced from a delivery app. Blocking an account is one thing, but keeping a customer’s money and not giving a
