Was just going to say this app looks better than the previous version, even forgive the fact that it didn't let me in after upgrade to Android10. But now it's just hilarious: 1. Consistent "Technical error" for Scan&Pay, no way whatsoever to understand what exactly went wrong. 2. Prevents screenshots (hey, this is MY account data, you are not in a position to make my life harder with random "security" and "privacy" "features"!) 3. No fingerprint because my Pixel3 is not secure? Are you kidding?!

Sadly, we cannot allow screenshots on Android devices to ensure a high security standard. Please try to remove and then add your fingerprint again, this should solve the issue. Your UBS team

Once good; now terrible. The app keeps crashing, both on my phone and on my desktop computer. Troubleshooting methods don't always work, and contacting a human - as opposed to a useless chatbot "virtual assistant" - is impossible. Today, I submitted a help form for support with the "make payment" option, which keeps crashing, and got an error report when I submitted the form too. Sick of how glitchy the app has become and now looking into changing banks.

This is the worse app in the history of apps! Super slow, crashes absolutely every time I try to use it. How am I supposed to pay my bills if the app keeps crashing?? I cannot believe a banking app as awful as this one is even allowed to be distributed! It truly makes me think of switching banks because if they accept having such a BAD app, how can I trust them? Extremely, extremely disappointed...
