It kept giving error messages saying a problem with my connection, which is rubbish as I'm at home and everything else works. Hence me posting this review. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it asks to verify my email and mobile number, but the verification code doesn't come through. I'm now locked out of the app and cant pay for my packages or choose my delivery address because it won't let me log in. Great work again Aramex!

There's no option to delete previous deliveries / shipping that have been collected already. It's all stacking up. Has someone else had this issue as well. And now I can't login or track on the app at all, no SMS verification being sent. So it's a useless app now. Why can't you just track your parcel without logging in. Give a thumbs up, if anyone else has also experienced this

as an individual, I've previously used the service , no problem. I need to use the service today, so last night I update the app, as it's been a while. I can't get in. that stupid ####Ā£&Ā£ing captcha function, x3. then after that , guess what??? I don't receive the OTP. right now it's almost 12 hours since the first OTP to get into your app. and I still can't get in. unless I get this sorted in th next hour, I'm going to travel further and use the service of one of your competitors.
