The worst airline app I have ever used. Check in is a nightmare, and after going through an arduous process, gives an awful error 15, which means nothing and doesn't offer any way of helping it moving forwards. I eventually checked in via the website on my laptop, but even then it only checked my partner in and not me so I have to go to the desk to get a boarding pass. I'm hoping that their planes are better!

The most restrive and convoluted way to get boarding passes that I've ever experienced on an airline. 48hrs only. Waited and then kept getting "not authorised" errors even though I was within 48hrs. Not something I particular wanted to stress about so close to the flight. Ended up using the website to organise the boarding pass to then finally have access to them on the phone. Rubbish app.

Just atrocious. Half the time the app is not working, it is unable to save my flight using reference ID, don't even think about checking in using that app. Also, you know what is the best time to show a random advertisement about flying with AirEuropa? While browsing flights of course! I have never had such a bad experience with any other app.
