Switching between two devices is problematic at best, simply doesn't work much of the time. Some applications, e.g. Youtube on smart TVs don't seem to register as playing or pausing, so the only solution is to disconnect and reconnect the device and try again. Rather than have the application advise to stop playback on one device and then perform playback operations on the other (which doesn't work), why not actually allow that switch to be performed in the app?

The app is generally fine. Does everything it should. It also has the bloat you've come to expect from these kinds of apps. Why would I care about an achievement for listening with my earbuds? What marketing intern came up with that slam dunk? I wish I could opt out of like half the app. It's been so much easier to use. There's so much going on that it makes it hard to sift through the noise.

Nice idea; I love the idea of settings synced to my Sony account and usage statistics recorded and saved by the app (also cloud synced). However, the login token expires way too quickly; I have to sign in and then manually synchronize my settings basically every time I use the app. This annoyance makes the app cumbersome and disappointing instead of useful. Even apps with my payment info (e.g. Amazon) save login tokens for a year or longer, so there's no reason it needs to expire so fast here.
