Salams (Formerly Minder)

The app is rather buggy. Often it doesn't even let me log in, while I was a paying member. Many times it doesn't load the profile completely, it omits the name and age. The tech support is not the best. They completely ignored one of my tickets. The second time I had tech support needs -log in failure, the app tried to brush me off with an auto generated response. When a tech support person finally contacted me 3 days later, they had me repeat everything that I had submitted twice before.

I would not recommend this app. First of all, they kept logging me out every week and then eventually locked me out for over a week. Secondly I purchased their platinum membership as they advertised that it could be used for filtering out your preferences, what they don't tell you is that you only get to choose 3 out of the possible 8/10 and that it actually doesn't even work. I want my refund for this, which they are unwilling to give

The app is very glitchy. It logs you out all the time. There's no 'call function' on there, so you have to give your number early on to people, which I don't like to do. There are too many adds. There are features like 'like whose liked you back' but you can't see them unless you pay for premium services, which I'm not going to do because the app doesn't even work properly. Fed this back a few times, but nothing gets resolved, unfortunately.
