One thing i hate and think Noon 15 Minutes should improve is that, when an item is out of stock, you should not charge the customer for the missing item, and please refund the money if you have charged them. It's frustrating to see an item missing during delivery but you are neither notified, nor was you refunded (they make you pay for the missing item). So unless the customer go out of their way to ask for refund, they just proceed life as it is and take people's money wrongly.

I will never trust or buy from Noon again. I was ordering some groceries and added a pack of blueberries for AED 7. When I tried to add more items, the order was processed automatically, and AED 22 was deducted from my account for delivery and driver’s tip. I tried to cancel or modify my order, but it wasn’t accepted. In the end, I had to pay AED 22 in delivery fees for one item that cost only AED 9. Very disappointing experience.

Noon's subscription is the absolute worst. Even though they're all under the same name, each Noon product has its own rules. Noon Food is different, Noon Minutes is different. When I pay for a yearly subscription, I shouldn't have to pay extra for deliveries, and there shouldn't be any catches. But with Noon, it's just a waste. You pay for the yearly sub, and then you still have to pay extra. Seriously, don't bother with their subscription. Get Amazon Prime instead; it's a much better deal.
