Worst customer experience ever. If the order goes well without problems, it's good. But once there is the slightest issue, which happens a lot!!! Be it a late order, a lost driver, a missing item, a wrong item (the list is long), the customer is always left stranded with no compansation, no apology, no solution and an unreachable customer service.

One of the worst delivery apps to ever exist! The customer service is so poor, there is no customer care number to contact for immediate help, you always have to wait around to get monotonous replies via "chat", and there's a problem with almost every order. The overall user experience of the app is also not up to the standard. The only option for a wrong/missing/damaged item is to issue a refund, there's never an option to replace! We order food for a reason, to eat & not to get our money back!

great offers if you are a pro member, but if you have an issue, management is extremely weak to be able to resolve a simple issue of a crusty old McDonald's beef burger👎🏻 as an extra note, management called to inform that they are putting a credit to my account, but 2 days later, nothing... only after this review did I see the amount in my account, disappointed, not even a call to follow-up, this review stays!
