"Dear Gemgla, this is wrong, it's gone too far. Are you guys crazy? 🤔 Why do you do this? When you add a new feature, you remove another one. Now the box is just a loot, and when the level comes, the box doesn't come anymore. Please solve this problem, a poor person can't afford that much recharge 😢💔. I hope it won't be like this anymore, that when one feature is added, another one is not removed. I hope Thank you....

Hello Gemgala Team I’ve been active on this platform for 2–3 years, promoting Gemgala and helping many users. But for the past few months, earning has become very difficult because my ID—and many others—were removed from events without proper verification.Some competitors who dislike my success have reported me unfairly, and instead of checking the truth, my ID was taken out. This makes me feel like people are forcing me to leave the platform and sadly, the platform is also pushing me away

Firstly I would like to thank you for making things right, the app is now working smoothly, I really love the app, it is a real earning app the more you play the more you win but I have some request on recharging it will be more fun if you put more options on recharging, sometimes I want to recharge more coins but there is no manual option where I can put the amount of money I want, maybe there is but I haven't seen it yet, and the other thing is withdrawal options, please can you put more
