Oct 2025. Just bought the Micro Plus. In 4 hours play, the app randomly disconnected from the unit about 6 times. As it did, it lost the chain I was working on and also it cannot easily be quit while it is scanning, so the phone hangs. Using Android 11. I'd like to request improving features, but we're a long way from that still.

Agree with everyone else here. New update sucks. Nearly impossible to close (although I finally figured it out). Lost one of my presets trying to figure this out. At least allow choice of view. It's even worse that almost all of your customers are complaining about lack of a portrait view and you don't seem to care. Update thank you for giving us portrait mode back!!!!

I'm still learning the ins and outs of the update, but after downloading the update before this paticular one, it did some weird stuff, like stalling out, scrolling back to lhe last preset when i was trying to go to another one. Hopefully this update clears that up. Another thing it does is automatically jumping from the preset that i selected to another random one. I'll try this update and firmware to see if it clears up. It cleared up.
