I made an order and picked the only location I have saved on my account, for some reason it turned out to be a different location that I've never seen before! I called the courier to change their direction, they say they have to follow the location they received on the app, only after finishing the order they can go to the original location, so now I want to cancel the order but I can't do that either! What a waste of everyone's time over stupid rules that are helping no one.

Extremely disappointed with this app. It offered a discount and saved my card details. Shockinaly, in the middle of the night, it automatically placed a food order and charged my card without any OTP or my authorization. Even worse, reached out to customer support multiple times, but they have been completely unhelpful and have not resolved the issue. This is a serious security and trust issue - be very careful using this app.

I do not recommend using the Kita delivery app. I had multiple bad experiences, not just once. Their service after placing an order is very poor. Orders are cancelled without a clear reason, and refunds are often delayed or even refused. Some items never arrive, yet the refund is still rejected. The app only allows card payment, which is not flexible. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I will not use this app again.
