The app worked great until after my first client. The only reason I'm leaving stars is because as far as scheduling, I'm good (knock on wood, I've seen some of the other recent reviews) but I struggle w/ every single customer trying to cash them out. I have to use a completely other app to do so. Extremely frustrating for the amount of money I paid for this app.

Not enough payment options for clients to book, and worst of all: my business often times goes very late into the night, but the schedule won't allow any appointment slots from PM hours through past midnight hours. The appointments MUST be all during A.M. hours or all during P.M. hours. Very frustrating for my night owl collected ago need to book slots that will span beyond midnight. I'm moving away from this app.

Because Acuity is designed to support businesses that offer multiple appointments per day, it isn’t a good option for businesses that primarily focus on overnight or multi-day rentals. We ultimately want you to do what is best for you and your business needs.

Literally completely and utterly useless. it's been getting worse and worse over the last 3 years, but now, after updating 2 days ago, cannot even use it at all. First it stopped processing credit card payments. I contacted support, they insisted it's my device in spite of the fact I have 2 different devices BOTH having the same problem. then it stopped letting me store credit card to secure appointments. Have to go to website. Now the app takes me to website. USELESS.
