In dropping my rating by another star. This app and company just keep getting worse and worse. I need to contact our upcoming hotel, but the feature to contact the hotel through the app hasn't been working for the last week. There also seems to be no way to get help from a human anymore, there is just an AI bot that can't do anything beyond cancel a booking. I'm in an awful hotel, so bad that I've had to leave in the middle of night, and I can't get any assistance with a refund.

Crashes a lot.. can't accessRewards section New bug: I get a higher price than advertised when I'm about to book, and if I want to use a reward night with a value that is higher than the rental price, it will only discount the lower (real) price... hope it's a bug that you fix and not you trying to make a few extra euros intentionally with this...

Last update made the app unusable. Issues throughout the entire user journey. Logging in with Google SSO throws me in a loop - doesn't log me in but no indication of an error along the way. Functionalities have been reorganised in an unlogical way. Trips don't show up. Adding them manually only stores them one session. You'll have to add them again next time. Too many issues. I can't be bothered to use it anymore.
