About this app

MyWUB is an online personal environment for customers with a mortgage from WestlandUtrecht Bank. In this app you can view your mortgage details and easily arrange your mortgage matters yourself.

To log in, you need an account for MyWUB. Don't have one yet? Then you can request one via our website: www.westlandutrechtbank.nl/mijnwub.

1. Log in with your e-mail address and password that you use for MyWUB.
2. Enter the SMS code that you receive via your telephone.
3. Your account has been activated. Now choose your own PIN code.
4. The next time you log in, the app will ask for facial recognition or fingerprint.
5. From now on you can always log in with a PIN code, facial recognition or fingerprint.

What can you do with the MyWUB app from WestlandUtrecht Bank?
With the MyWUB app you have access to your current mortgage details. You can also make a number of changes quickly and easily. This allows you to:
• View your current mortgage details;
• View and change your personal details;
• Adjust your interest rate in the meantime;
• Submit your choice for interest rate revision;
• Enter the current value of your home;
• Make an (additional) repayment on your loan;
• View and download documents that you receive by post digitally.
