For the past few weeks, the app has been buggy to the point of almost being unusable. I always get a red "Something Went Wrong" error when I try to change rewards or manage my pledge. I have cleared my cache, uninstalled/reinstalled, and still nothing. The site seems to be okay but it's just annoying to not be able to use the app.

Used to work great. They keep doing unnecessary updates that break things. You used to be able to fix a failed payment method in the app. But now it doesn't give you an option to change the payment method, just to retry the card that failed/doesnt work. Now I have to fix such pledges on the desktop site. This worked in app before they changed it! They also changed how your pledges appear on your profile. They were arranged chronologically, but now they constantly change. Hard to find anything!

I don't understand the great review. On Android (pixel 9 pro) it is barely an improvement from the web. sizing is always wrong and non consistent. the most silly thing of all is that once you give a location to back up a project, you can't change the country of billing address, even if the product will come in months!!!!! how is this real in 2025? what is even the point of having a default address if you can't use them??
