The app is terrible and doesn't work at all. It's also incredibly slow, and even the support team responds and takes the complaint but never resolves anything. I don't understand the point of an app that doesn't work and a support team that doesn't solve problems.

the application is not working with android I tried with iOS it's working. for Android it's stuck on initialisation screen. no use of reinstall the app please try to rectify the issue

Update 23 Aug 2025: Same old issue, the app still not able to pass the loading screen, since more than 1 year, the strange thing they informed me to use another app! App is not working Update 22 Apr 2025: App still not working and stuck in the loading and unable to login.
