Cats are Liquid - A Light in the Shadows is a minimalist 2D platformer about a liquid cat, locked in a world she doesn't quite understand, trying to get out.
The core of your movement is simple: move, jump, and climb, with your ability to turn into liquid allowing you to squeeze through tight spaces and dash across the rooms at high speeds.
As you play, you'll discover abilities which let you interact with the world in new ways. Break down walls and float high above the obstacles, all while mastering the skill of moving like a liquid cat.
The further you progress, the closer you'll be to discovering the true purpose of these rooms. Will you ever get out?

Just like ABP, an amazing game with a lot of lore. It starts off as a funny liquid cat platformer, but as you get deeper into it, you begin to understand the plot. It gets darker and more depressing as you progress. At some point you find a suspicious purple cat... The ending is very sad, too, but it's the only ending that makes sense. You unlock the Companion Pack and The Reset Pack, and by the end you fully understand the outstanding lore of this seemingly innocent cute cat game... ^~^

I literally love this game so much. Aside from the cat blob just being super cute, it has such an interesting and intriguing story line and the levels are just the right amount difficult. I've replayed this game so many times I lost count, and I've loved it everytime. And as an animal lover, I definitely cried lol.

Personally I really liked this game, it's levels are enough to keep you entertained and I really love the different powers we get through each section however when I got to the last level of the fourth section there wasn't any door in it, I've replayed this same level multiple times while going through the obstacles back and fourth yet I didn't manage to find the door to the exit and it's been like this since July, please fix this.

- The game now shows the subtitle as the app display name.
- The game now automatically logs in to Google Play Games.
- Other improvements.
Fixes:
- Fixed game being completely non-responsive on Android 13.
- Fixed "Lava Fog" setting not being applied to a specfic area in W5R7. (Thanks, Stabby!)
- Fixed game not properly adjusting the UI to wider aspect ratios. (Thanks, Tasty Cake!)
- Other fixes.
