I ordered 20 pieces through this app but only received 18. I've been following up for over 10 days to get the missing items, yet no one has contacted me back. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. My time has been wasted, and the lack of accountability is frustrating.

i ordered from this app and they'll send my order which is from their global via 2 package, the important items i ordered they cancelled it after 24hrs without informing me and the not important items they will send. i have to pay delivery fee and import and handling for the item i just add on to have my important orders. and this crazy pharmacy and their app dont have a cancel feature, and they can cancel anytime for their likings. theybare like alibaba! worst ever.

worst customer support ever!! i have called multiple times but my call wasn't answered, they just keep you on hold for so long. extremely non cooperative staff at stores, refused to return my online order although its their policy to return express shipping items in stores. very disappointed with the experience:(
