A terrible app, really surprising for a multinational company. I've wasted ages trying to adjust my subscription order, thinking I've achieved it, only to find when the order arrives it's still the same as last time. The app is slow, laggy and has server connect issues halfway through an order. The app also doesn't give any detail apart from the name and strength to the coffee pods you cannot order. So really it's pot luck whether you like them or not. Needless to say subscription cancelled.

This app supposedly connects to my vertuo next deluxe machine. It only connected once, months ago. It supposedly changes the coffee size as well but... again, it can't connect. The issue might actually come from the machines being fitted with the most useless WiFi modules that require 2.4gh WiFi etc, which has a lower range and reliability than 5gh. I don't really care. Regardless, the functionality is off.

In general it would be ok, but sometimes feels untested. Example: Today it hanged for the first start, then it took a lot of time to find the recycle bags, because it was hidden under multiple hierarchies. Then seemingly I couldn't increase the quality from 0 through several attempt, but when I gave up, and went to the basket, there was one bag in.
