Be aware that although the period of returning the products is 14 days in the Netherlands, you have to pay for the return, this is not clear in notino's app. I made an order and the next day there was a sale with the same products, so I just thought "I'll return it and order again", I've sent a message to customer service but of course they just answered me after I picked the products saying I should not have picked them. Now I feel ripped off as they say they can't do anything.

I’m very disappointed with Notino’s service. My order was delayed for many days and when it finally arrived, two products were missing. Instead I received something completely different that I never ordered. The tracking even showed the package had packaging issues, but Notino refused to take responsibility and claimed everything was packed correctly. Customer service was slow and unhelpful, and I had to file a complaint with the state authority. I don't recommend

The app doesn't operate as it should. When adding a product, it frequently removes the product when pressing the 'back' to, for example, see other products. It's quite time-consuming if you have to type everything again and again in the search button.
