1st time using it, very bad experience.Had to start over my booking several times, complicated process to book a flight and pay it. At the page where I enter my bank card details, app crashed and I had to re-do it 3 times, I was afraid of making 3 consecutive payments for 1 booking. I click pay now and nothing happens, message appears that error occurred and I have to start over. Can't believe RyanAir have such a dumb and slow application

doesn't confirm check-in , gives error messages at all turns, and was unable to issue my boarding pass. No help pipeline. I had to complete check in through their website (which they don't tell you about) On top of that it tries to upsell your flight at all turns. Really shoddy and unnecessary app that seems focused on adding bloated features and marketing when the core functionality doesn't work.

I have waisted an entire day with Ryanair and this app. We booked a short break to Venice and we wanted to make sure we were sitting together, we also wanted to increase our baggage allowance. No matter how many times I tried it on 4 different devices with privacy/incognito mode on or off, 5 different form of payment, on the app or website it would not let me pay for these upgrades. We checked the Internet for advice and we used PayPal and Apple pay and still no joy. USELESS 😡🤬
