In addition to my last comment, I have figured out that I was charged because the app could not end the ride properly. The email receipt says that the ride lasted for more than 10 hours and I managed to travel 6km during that time. I would like we have scooters' batarries which would be able to work for 10 hours, however, unfortunately, this was just software bug which costed me more than 100 euros. Dear Tier, what can we do with it?

The app is always buggy when you needed the most. Unable to ride after booking the bike multiple times. When you pressed start, you'll automatically get charged. Regardless if you're able to ride them. When you cancel right away, you'll still get charged, even though you end up didnt ride the bike. Less than two weeks and at least three failed attempts already. Lastly and most frustatingly, there's no refund button for this failed attempt. Just install other competitor apps.

Having access to scooters is nice when I'm running late, but the minuses of the app limit me using it as often as I'd want to. Ending a ride always takes an extra minute or two, which you get charged for. Sometimes I scan a scooter and it turns out to be broken, despite me only moving a meter and parking it back in the same space, I get charged for the unlock fee, plus 1-2 minues the app spends ending the "ride". Fix your app
