The idea of the app is great and it has made life easier for sure. But its one of the slowest apps ive downloaded in recent years. Sometimes it takes 10 min to start or it doesnt, sometimes it asks for biometrics, sometimes not, sometimes it tells me my password is incorrect (ive changed the password for this app over 10 times in the last year). The app keeps logging me out, and is just is in general slow. For a popular app like this, these difficulties are disappointing.

biometric security is nice to have but stupid if the app is not used by one person and thus a code alternative option is necessary. 2. when I tried to reset password and open the email link, it diverts me to the app which ask me the password that we don't know anymore and doesn't allow us to reset. stupid right? why is simple logical path programming becoming difficult for many.

TERRIBLE APP. not possible to copy address data from the app. emails don't have appointment data in them. you can't copy data from the website. practitioners listed don't take on new patients. the maps don't work. doesn't work with a vpn. the whole setup just doesn't work. this is not a healthcare system. it's worse than a kids IT project. totally useless EDIT: why do I need to contact you a second time. I've explained work. It's not a technical issue. It's a very poorly designed app
