From about two weeks The call is made with difficulty it does not ring most of the time except after several attempts and after exiting the application and returning again.If I add another person to the call, the first person disappear and do not reappear even after reconnecting .This was repeated more than one group and different people from different countries. edit: last few days no group call at all I am very sad for that,tha app befor the update was easier to use fix this please Thanks

Don't install. Very heavy program. Disconnect alot. so many features are missing, it is almost impossible to migrates the chats, also no backup is offered to email nor to the phone number itself, if you registered the same phone number to the other device it is like having another account. I saw your response. THEN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND FIX IT

Botim is honestly one of the worst VoIP applications I’ve ever used. The connection constantly drops in the middle of conversations, and it’s extremely frustrating to have to end the call and redial every few minutes. The app struggles to maintain a stable network even with strong Wi-Fi or mobile data, which makes it completely unreliable for any serious or long call. It makes communication more difficult and stressful. For an app that’s supposed to make calls easier, it does the exact opposite.
