not gonna lie I'm just desperate so that I can do a great performance in bed within 30 days tho honestly so if it actually working out then honestly I'll be thanking you a 100% for this anyways can't wait for day 3 I guess oh and don't mind me giving you 5 stars because I have been reading alot of feedbacks and all of it is positive so I trust this one and I like how it can change the mode from easy to hard if it's too easy for us I mean who doesn't love a nice challenge now eh anyways bye

This app is really nice and very effective for pelvic floor muscle exercises. The guided sessions are simple to follow and help strengthen the pelvic muscles effectively. Great for daily use and noticeable improvement within a short time!

Content feels too basic and lacks interactivity. The exercises could use more structure and guidance to stay engaging and effective. Not finding enough value for the price, so cancelling the subscription. Hope future updates bring more depth.
